Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight of the merchandise and shipping location.  When ordering online the shipping amount shown during checkout is only an estimated charge generated by the USPS online system.  If you would like, you can contact us at 715 267-6213 to confirm the shipping fee for your order.  Please be sure to double check your address.  If the package is sent to the incorrect address and is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.

Processing Time
Orders placed online will be shipped within 24-96 hours.  Please consider our processing time when waiting arrival of your merchandise.  Thank you for your patience.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.  We cannot guarantee the purity of our merchandise or resell it once it has left our home.  If there is something you want to try please let us know and we can send you a sample to try with your order.
If you received a damaged product, please take a picture of the product as received in its original packaging and email us the picture and an explanation directly at nickanddanae@tds.net and any exchanges will be at my discretion. 

PRIVACY POLICY
Our customer's personal information that we receive is only their name, address, email, and phone. We do not use that information for anything other than shipping out our product. We do not sell this information to any other parties, nor will we ever. We do not take our customer's credit card information at all. We use PayPal only for purchasing our products to keep that information safe and protected under PayPal's privacy policies.
