Well, I know that I am not the best for posting new things...like ever, but I thought I should post a little bit about this winter and all that is new with us and the goats. So I took my four nanny goats to another farm that had a buck to breed them. I sold our breeding buck in August because we had him for over five years and we needed to get some new blood on the farm. So the goats were gone for about three weeks in November and I got a message from the farmer that I needed to come to pick up my goats. I was a little puzzled after hearing the message.
I am so excited for this day! This has been quite a journey for me, starting with making soap as a hobby and giving it as gifts, to now starting an actual online business selling my goat milk soaps. I spent the past summer going to farmers markets and craft fairs in our central Wisconsin area, and I think that I have started making a nice, solid customer base and I hope that going online will continue to get this great product in more and more hands. With almost 30 different fragrances of soaps and solid lotions, there is something for everyone.
